Introduction

Here you will find our terms and conditions.
We want it to be safe and simple to shop with us - that's why we've gathered everything important here.
All transactions are carried out under Danish law.

Prices

All prices on langsamtnok.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, and reservations are made for sold-out items and printing errors.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and bank transfer.
The amount will only be deducted from your account once the order has been shipped.
All payments are made via secure, encrypted connections.

Reservations are made for price errors, sold-out items and technical errors.

Delivery

We ship all orders from our Danish warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Orders are shipped with GLS or DAO, so you get fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping prices start from 35 kr.
Shipping is free for purchases over 499 kr.

We deliver to all of Denmark, but not to the Faroe Islands, Greenland or abroad.
If there is no space at the selected delivery location, the package will automatically be moved to the nearest parcel shop.
You will receive a notification when the package is ready for pickup.

Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
The complaint covers errors and defects that are not due to normal wear and tear or improper use.

If you discover an error or deficiency, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem.
We always strive to find a fair and proper solution - typically in the form of exchange, repair or refund.

Returns in connection with complaints are agreed in advance via email.
We will cover return costs to a reasonable extent when the complaint is approved.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days full right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us by email: kontakt@langsommtnok.dk
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

The item must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
Once we receive the returned item and have approved it, we will refund the amount to your payment card within 3–5 business days.

Returns are sent to our warehouse address (provided upon request).
We do not accept return packages sent by cash on delivery.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase – that's why we always handle returns with care and respect for both you and the product.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods manufactured according to the customer's own specifications

  • Goods with broken seals for hygiene reasons

  • Digital products where download or delivery has begun

Refund

When requesting a refund, please provide your registration and account number.
The information is used solely to process the refund.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature and function of the goods.
If the item has been used beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation.

In order for you to shop with us, we need the following information:

  • Information about your purchases

The information is used solely to deliver your order and handle inquiries related to it.
We store and process your data in accordance with applicable legislation and our personal data policy. .
