Ordering and payment

How do I order an item?
You add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is complete, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely via encrypted connections.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually make changes to it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any adjustments.

I haven't received an order confirmation - what do I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, please email us and we will resend it.


Delivery

How quickly will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We use GLS and DAO for fast and reliable delivery in Denmark.

Can I choose delivery to a parcel shop?
Yes, you are free to choose a parcel shop at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for purchases over 499 kr.
For smaller orders, the shipping price starts from 39 kr.

Do you deliver abroad?
Right now we only ship to Denmark, but we are working on opening up delivery to the rest of the Nordic region.


Returns and complaints

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have a 30-day full refund.
The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?
Contact us via the contact form or email and we will send you the return instructions.

I have received a damaged item – what do I do?
Take a picture of the item and packaging and send it to us along with your order number.
We will make sure to find the best solution – either replacement or refund.

When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount within 3–5 business days.


Products and quality

Where do your products come from?
We collaborate with selected suppliers in Europe and Asia who meet our requirements for quality, durability and responsible production.

Are your products sustainable?
We choose products with natural materials, a long lifespan and as little packaging as possible.
Our goal is to create peace in everyday life – also in the way we consume.

Can I wash your products in the dishwasher?
It depends on the product. Please refer to the individual product description for specific instructions.

Why does the committee change constantly?
We carefully select small batches of products. When something sells out, it is replaced with new finds that suit the season and mood.

When do you respond to inquiries?
We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Where do you live?
Langsomt Nok is a Danish webshop. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
