When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days , and you will automatically receive an email with tracking as soon as the package is on its way.
All packages are handled from our Danish warehouse , ensuring fast and stable delivery.
How do I return an item?
You have a 30-day full refund .
Contact us via the form below with your order number and we will send you the return instructions and address to our warehouse.
My package hasn't arrived - what do I do?
Check your tracking email first.
If the package is still delayed after 5 days, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the matter with our logistics team.
Can I pick up my order?
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Denmark - therefore, unfortunately, we do not offer pickup.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Write as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually change it.
